As a key player in our maintenance shop, you will utilize your 5+ years of diesel or automotive experience to oversee diagnostics, repairs, and technician development. Your leadership will shape a dedicated team, fostering an environment of continual improvement. Engage in preventive maintenance and work with management to uphold safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complex vehicle diagnostics and perform road tests
• Maintain advanced knowledge of engines and electrical systems
• Support shop technicians with training and evaluations
• Manage inventory and approve expenses within scope
• Conduct vehicle inspections to meet safety requirements
Requirements:
• 5+ years of diesel or automotive maintenance experience
• Previous supervisory or lead technician experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and own mechanics tool set
• Strong computer skills and background check
• Commitment to ASE certification program participation
