Uniglobe Carefree Travel, Western Canada's premier travel agency, is growing and we're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Leisure Travel Specialist to join our in-person team in beautiful Courtenay, British Columbia.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Helping clients plan dream vacations, cruises, tours, and customized travel experiences
  • Providing exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email
  • Building lasting relationships with clients
  • Creating travel itineraries and making reservations
  • Staying current on destinations, travel trends, and supplier promotions
  • Working collaboratively with a supportive and experienced team
What We're Looking For
  • Previous travel agency experience is an asset
  • A Travel and Tourism diploma or certificate is preferred (cost of the program included in employment if you don't already have it)
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with a GDS system is an asset
  • A passion for travel and helping people
