In this position, you will manage guest interactions and support service flow within our restaurants. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about maintaining high standards of service and are prepared to multitask in a bustling environment.

Your role will also involve assisting with reservations and ensuring a clean and organized dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive

• Manage seating arrangements and reservations

• Assist servers with expediting food and beverages

• Keep dining spaces clean and inviting

• Handle various responsibilities under high pressure

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a host/hostess is an asset

• Knowledge of cash handling using POS systems

• Certification in customer service programs preferred

• Strong public speaking and interpersonal abilities

• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds when needed
