Position: Member Service Representative at Coastal Community
Enhance financial health in Courtenay, BC as a Member Service Representative with Coastal Community Credit Union. Engage with members through transactions and sales expertise in this full-time, on-site role.

In this permanent position, you'll serve as the primary contact for our members, expertly processing various financial transactions while promoting our services.

Your role is key in upholding our vision of enriching lives and building healthier communities on Vancouver Island and beyond. A blend of sales and customer service is essential as you assist members with inquiries and provide access to essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process financial and non-financial transactions efficiently

• Inform members about new and existing products/services

• Manage telephone inquiries professionally

• Facilitate access to safety deposit boxes

• Ensure timely end-of-day processing and balancing

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma with academic emphasis

• 1-year post-secondary education

• Up to 1-year sales/service experience

• Proficiency in Windows applications

• Strong communication and listening skills
