Position: Member Service Representative Coastal Community
Enhance financial wellness as a Member Service Representative with Coastal Community Credit Union. This part-time role focuses on transactions and member services across Vancouver Island and beyond.

As a Member Service Representative, you will process various financial transactions under supervision and serve as the primary contact for members. This position emphasizes relationship-building to enhance member experiences while informing them about our services. Your proficiency in sales and service will be key in fulfilling our mission of improving financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process diverse transactions for members

• Provide expertise about products and services

• Answer telephone inquiries promptly

• Ensure member access to safety deposit boxes

• Complete end-of-day processing and balancing

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma with academic emphasis

• 1 year of post-secondary education

• Up to 1 year of relevant sales and service experience

• Proficient keyboarding skills at 40 wpm

• Excellent communication and listening skills
