Killam Apartment REIT, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is one of Canada's largest residential real estate investment trusts, owning, operating, and developing a $5.3 billion portfolio of apartments and manufactured home communities. We are currently looking for a Live-In Assistant Resident Manager for 1876 Riverside Lane. This role will also assist at 621 Crown Isle Boulevard as needed. This role is based on 15 hours per week of cleaning and participation in an on-call rotation. The compensation consists of a full rental benefit in the range of $22,000-$26,000 annually.

• Shared on-call responsibilities;
• Cleaning duties, including daily and/or weekly tasks;
• Tenant relations, inquiries and rental calls;
• First-line problem solving to manage tenant issues and build relations.

• Previous experience in a similar role and/or customer service role is considered an asset;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Able to work independently;
• Solid communication skills.
