Member Service Representative at Coastal Community

Key Responsibilities:

• Process various transactions accurately for members

• Relay information about products and services offered

• Respond to member inquiries via phone

• Facilitate access to safety deposit boxes

• Execute end-of-day processing and balancing as scheduled

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma required

• 1 year post-secondary education encouraged

• Up to 1 year of experience in customer service

• Proficient in standard computer applications

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
