Coastal Community Member Service Representative

Join Coastal Community Credit Union as a Member Service Representative, focusing on enriching customer interactions through financial transactions and sales expertise in a permanent role.

In this position, you will be instrumental in processing various financial transactions while providing stellar service and product knowledge. Targeting both new and existing customers, your role is crafted to enhance their financial decisions. A strong communicator and multitasker, you’ll assist with inquiries and ensure accuracy in each interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately complete a wide range of transactions

• Update members on financial products and services

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls

• Assist members with safety deposit access

• Finalize daily accounts and balancing tasks

Requirements:

• Academic secondary school diploma required

• 1 year of relevant post-secondary education

• Up to 1 year experience in sales/service roles

• Strong computer skills and 40 wpm typing ability

• Engaging communication and listening capabilities
