Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls
• Build rapport and understand customer needs
• Schedule appointments for Sales and Service teams
• Maintain detailed and accurate CRM documentation
• Follow up with customers to enhance appointment attendance
Requirements:
• Experience in a customer-facing role is an asset
• Professional communication and relationship management skills
• Well-organized with strong time management
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Valid BC Class 5 or 7 driver's licence
