  • Compensation & Perks That Count: $33.00–$45.00 per hour, depending on your experience and training. On top of that, you’ll have access to a competitive total rewards package, including extended health coverage, a health spending account, and an employee assistance program.

Complimentary orthodontic treatment for you and your immediate family and a uniform allowance.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 24-32 hour workweek, 3-4 days per week.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide all aspects of clinical patient care in a professional, efficient, and caring manner.
  • Perform sterilization procedures, set up operatories, and take x-rays, photos, and intraoral scans.
  • For those with their Ortho Module, assist with a wide range of procedures including direct bond bracket placement, archwire/appliance adjustments, and aligner appointments under doctor supervision.
  • Build positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers to keep treatment on schedule.
  • Enter detailed chart/record notations in the practice management system.
  • Provide patient instruction and education, including reports to parents/guardians.
  • Support additional duties as needed to ensure smooth practice operations.
