Shape the future for K-12 students as an English Language Learning Teacher with our district. We're seeking a passionate educator to leverage ELL methodologies and support language development.
The role involves teaching English to Grades K–12 students in a temporary capacity, working at 0.60 FTE. Candidates should have successful classroom experience and be trained in ELL/ESD methodologies. You'll assess language levels, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and ensure effective communication between home and school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate successful classroom management techniques

• Assess students' language levels thoroughly

• Case manage students and create effective IEPs

• Adapt curriculum for elementary level learning

• Liaise consistently with families and educational staff
Requirements:

• Proven classroom teaching experience

• Training in ELL/ESD methodologies

• Ability to assess language proficiency levels

• Experience with curriculum adaptation

• Familiarity with IEP development and case management
