Join School District 71 as a Temporary Fine Arts Teacher and inspire K-7 students to explore their artistic talents. This 0.80 FTE position focuses on blended learning through fine arts.

You will work within the unique Fine Arts eCademy framework, promoting creativity and inclusion for students across multiple grade levels. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in fine arts education, successfully creating lessons that are both engaging and supportive. Collaborate with families and the community to enhance student learning experiences throughout celebrations and exploration weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging fine arts lessons for diverse learners

• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

• Plan community integration of fine arts programming

• Coordinate and oversee four Celebrations of Learning yearly

• Create online resources for the Navigate NIDES Learning Community

Requirements:

• Background in music and performing arts education
