Comox Valley Temporary Library Technician

Prior experience in a library setting is required, along with the ability to utilize various computer technologies effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all cataloguing and circulation tasks

• Collaborate with teacher librarian on collection management

• Assist students and staff in resource selection

• Maintain an organized and inviting library environment

• Keep records of library materials and inventory

Requirements:

• High school graduation or equivalent

• Library Technician formal education recommended

• Experience in school or public library settings

• Good command of English, both verbal and written

• Collaborative approach to support learning initiatives
