Key Responsibilities:

• Guide parents on nutrition, diapering, and routines

• Create and assess developmentally appropriate activities

• Partner with therapists for inclusive service delivery

• Maintain regular communication with families on progress

• Oversee safety standards and keep documentation accurate

Requirements:

• Valid ECE-IT Certification from BC's Early Childhood Registry

• Current First Aid/CPR certification

• Background in Community Care Licensed facilities

• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
