At Gateway Casino, we are looking for energetic individuals to fill the Slot Attendant role. You will be responsible for assisting players, managing slot reservations, and facilitating a fun atmosphere. Your knowledge of game operations will ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote ongoing and upcoming Casino promotions
• Manage slot machine reservations effectively
• Verify and provide jackpot payouts and change
• Monitor machine stack lights for prompt service
• Report violations and escalate as needed
Requirements:
• Experience in cash handling and public interaction
• Strong customer service skills in fast-paced settings
• Basic knowledge of slot machines is a plus
• Valid Serving It Right/Proserve/Smart Serve certification
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
