As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, your primary goal will be to facilitate customer interactions and provide insightful advice on banking solutions. You'll be responsible for supporting banking transactions while building strong relationships with clients. This position offers an excellent growth opportunity in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with their banking transactions
• Educate on mobile and online banking services
• Connect clients to the right financial representatives
• Suggest process improvements for customer satisfaction
• Resolve inquiries relating to banking services
Requirements:
• High School diploma and at least 1 year of experience
• Investment Funds Canada certification to be obtained within 90 days
• Skillful in MS Office and banking software
• Strong knowledge of banking processes
• Effective communication skills with clients and teams
