The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 education, Community Support Worker Diploma, and at least 2 years of experience in social services or health care. Responsibilities include empowering individuals to live independently, maintaining care standards, and participating in personal service plans.

A competitive salary between $25.95 and $29.76 per hour is offered.
