Position: Temporary Custodian for Summer Work
Become a Summer Daytime Custodian dedicating 40 hours weekly. A competitive pay of $28.09 per hour awaits plus 16.3% for benefits.

We seek an experienced custodian, ideally with a Grade 12 education and a Building Service Worker Certificate. You will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining various areas, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of school facilities, while sustaining effective communication with staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean furniture, equipment, and surfaces thoroughly

• Maintain sanitary conditions in washrooms and showers

• Handle waste collection and disposal tasks

• Use appropriate tools for cleaning efficiently

• Keep senior staff informed about maintenance needs

Requirements:

• Current custodial experience is essential

• Knowledge of fire and alarm systems required

• Capable of meeting physical demands of the role

• Strong relationship-building skills

• Must operate with minimal supervision
