• Perform general house cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, to ensure impeccable cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas to hotel‑quality standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and wash linens as needed to maintain a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to meet client expectations consistently.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Communicate regarding any damages, stock shortages, or conflicts with guests, ensuring transparency and resolution.

• Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation to various cleaning locations.
• Previous experience in hotel‑quality Airbnb cleaning or residential cleaning is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating reliability and initiative.
• Good communication and written skills in English.
