Become an Asset Management Specialist with CVRD and support vital infrastructure projects! This full-time role involves managing asset data and lifecycle strategies.
As a vital team member reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure effective coordination of asset inventories and strategic management plans. Candidates with a degree and three to four years of experience in relevant fields will thrive.
Your role will help streamline lifecycle planning while collaborating with various operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and enhance Asset Management initiatives
• Monitor asset performance and condition assessments
• Support lifecycle planning for assets
• Analyze data-driven insights for decision-making
• Prepare performance reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Relevant undergraduate degree
• 3-4 years in asset management or infrastructure
• Knowledge of ISO 55000 frameworks
• Familiarity with AMIS and CMMS tools
• Valid BC Class 5 driver's license required
