Elevate nursing practices as a Clinical Nurse Educator with the Vancouver Island Health Authority. This role focuses on developing and evaluating clinical education strategies for staff nurses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement educational strategies for nursing staff
• Evaluate clinical education programs and resources
• Provide leadership and role modeling in nursing
• Collaborate with teams to enhance nursing practice
• Support continuous quality and safety improvements
Requirements:
• RN registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• 3-5 years of nursing experience with 2 years in clinical settings
• Strong knowledge of adult education principles
• Effective communication and facilitation skills
• Valid BC Driver's License
