• Provide resident-focused nursing care in accordance with BCCNM standards

• Construct and evaluate personalized care plans for residents

• Administer treatments and medications in line with policy

• Maintain accurate documentation and report resident changes

• Support and guide other care staff in enhancing service quality

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurse program

• Current BC College of Nurses and Midwives licensure

• First Aid and CPR certification maintained
