Position: Merchandising Expert for Jacent
Transform retail spaces as a Merchandising Expert with Jacent in Courtenay, BC.

Your role will focus on enhancing product displays and collaborating with team members to drive impulse buys.

As part of Jacent's merchandising team, you will work in over 17,000 stores, building compelling displays and executing merchandising strategies. The role involves a mix of independent work and teamwork in a rapidly changing environment. Establishing relationships with store staff will be key to delivering legendary service and maximizing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster relationships with in-store management

• Carry out merchandising resets and implement planograms

• Construct attractive retail displays

• Place impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks

• Travel to multiple stores in your vicinity

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Capable of meeting physical demands of the job

• Residing within 20 km of Courtenay, BC

• An eagerness to learn and adapt

• Willing to travel as necessary
