Area Lead Walmart Merchandising

Position: Area Lead Support for Walmart Merchandising
Be a Seasonal Area Lead Support with Rainbow Greenhouses in North Island, BC. Assist Walmart teams during peak periods and maintain product presentation throughout the year.

This role focuses on supporting merchandising teams during the busy spring season across various locations, including Campbell River and Courtenay. You will step in when merchandisers are unavailable and ensure stores remain visually appealing and well-organized. Strong communication skills and adaptability to changing schedules are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage store visits when team members are sick

• Assist Area Leads during high-demand periods

• Quickly address and resolve store-level issues

• Merchandise assigned plants and displays

• Provide timely updates to Area Leads and management

Requirements:

• Ability to adapt to changing schedules

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in merchandising or retail an asset

• Physically fit for lifting and moving products

• Valid driver's license required
