- 1+ years of experience in automotive sales or commission-based sales
- Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building
- Motivated, professional, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Strong ability to create and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as Dealer Socket or similar
$80,000-$150,000 per year (Commission Based) + signing bonus of up to $5,000
What Your Day Will Look Like:- Promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles with a customer-first approach
- Explain vehicle features, options, and available finance solutions
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
- Stay knowledgeable about automotive products, programs, and industry trends
- Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and follow-up
- Maintain ongoing communication to build trust and long-term customer relationships
Signing bonus of up to $5,000 may vary based on experience.
