In this role, you will ensure a safe and secure environment for customers, associates, and visitors by performing daily security patrols and addressing incidents of shrink. You'll be responsible for investigating internal and external theft and communicating findings with store leadership. Additionally, you will contribute to emergency procedures and participate in team responsibilities related to security initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 16 years

• Security Guard License necessary

• Strong communication and issue clarification skills

• Experience presenting findings to management
