This position focuses on security, loss prevention, and case support for Walmart Canada. As an Asset Protection Associate, you will conduct daily patrols, support investigations, and participate in emergency response procedures.
Your role is vital in maintaining store safety and supporting operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily store patrols to ensure safety
• Investigate incidents of financial and physical shrink
• Support emergency procedures during incidents
• Communicate findings clearly to leadership
• Carry out external apprehensions as required
Requirements:
• Age 16 or older
• Security Guard License is necessary
• Strong communication skills for reporting
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights
• Manage physical tasks effectively, lifting up to 50 lbs
