As a Full-time Courier Driver at UPS, you will engage in daily package deliveries for both business and residential clients. This permanent position offers a structured Monday to Friday workweek, with shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You'll conduct vehicle checks, navigate using a DIAD system, and ensure safe handling of packages weighing up to 70 pounds.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform pre-trip vehicle safety checks
• Lift and sort packages ranging from 10 to 70 pounds
• Load and unload packages during deliveries
• Utilize the DIAD system for navigation
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Requirements:
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather
• Previous driving experience is a plus
