The Coventry Board of Education seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join the district’s ABA team, supporting students and staff under the supervision of a BCBA. You will model trauma‑informed ABA practices and uphold BACB ethics while assisting with data collection and individualized instruction.
You will work on curriculum-based assessments, reinforce basic skills, and collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure skill generalization and maintenance across classrooms
