Our Patient Representatives are the backbone of our clinics and have a direct impact on patient experience. They work collaboratively with clinicians and colleagues to provide exceptional patient care and world‑class customer service.

• Greet and check‑in patients
• Schedule appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
• Collect payments
• Process new patients
• Help the clinic maintain optimal performance

• 1+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
