Part Time 2nd Shift. Shift differential: $2.00 per shift. Additional $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts.

• Base pay determined by applicant’s skills and experience.

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
• Assist in medication administration, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room, and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
• LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.
