Licensing support is provided for candidates not yet licensed.

• Build strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Provide personalized life insurance solutions to meet client needs.
• Maintain and grow client portfolio using digital tools.
• Participate in training and development programs led by top sales leaders.
• Track sales activity and manage prospects in CRM.

• Previous experience in sales (insurance, finance, real estate, or related fields).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented with a desire to grow professionally.
• Comfortable using digital tools to manage sales activity.
• Willing to obtain a life insurance license (licensing assistance provided).
• Flexible availability and ability to work independently.
