Pharmaron is seeking a Scientist to support analytical method development, optimization, validation, and transfer activities in compliance with applicable guidelines. The role involves supporting process chemistry and manufacturing activities, performing tests on raw materials, intermediates, and APIs, and providing analytical data for cross‑functional teams.

• Participate in method development, validation, and transfer activities, including writing protocols, reports, and SOPs.
• Perform testing of raw materials, intermediates, in‑process samples, cleaning samples, and APIs using laboratory instrumentation.
• Serve as system owner for equipment and instrumentation, including supporting qualification activities.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and solve analytical problems.
• Prepare and present data summaries both written and oral; present to cross‑functional teams and communicate critical issues and solutions.
• Contribute to site audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain GMP, GLP, and safety and environmental requirements in the laboratory.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a matrix organization.

• MSc in Chemistry or related field with at least 2 years of experience, or BS in Chemistry or related field with 4 years of experience.
• Hands‑on experience with HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV instrumentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple competing activities and deliver on timelines.
• Knowledge of cGMP/cGLP, FDA, EMA, and ICH guidance preferred.
• Awareness of innovative technologies and adaptability to in‑house needs.
