Accounts Receivable Clerk

Overview

We are currently working in partnership with a Not-for-Profit based in Coventry, recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Officer on a temporary 3–6 month contract. The role starts ASAP and pays £21.26 per hour via an Umbrella Company.

This is a full‑time role requiring four days of office attendance per week, with one day from home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounts Receivable and be adaptable and solution‑orientated.

• Maintain and process the Sales Ledger using Sage
  200 and complete monthly reconciliations.
• Process daily and monthly sales invoices in various currencies.
• Produce various schedules at period end and year end; process and post inter‑company transactions.
• Process and post income from various outlets, reconciling on systems.
• Ensure correct VAT is applied to invoices, review aged debtor reports and perform credit control duties.
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations of numerous bank accounts, including various currencies.

• Background in Accounts Receivable.

• 36.5 hours per week.
• Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 4:30, Friday 8:30 – 3:30.
