Accounts Senior – Coventry Coventry | Full-Time | Hybrid & Flexible Working | Competitive Salary  Benefits 're recruiting an Accounts Senior for a growing accountancy practice in Coventry . This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified ACCA/ACA accountant or experienced Accounts Senior with UK practice experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

You'll work with a varied portfolio of clients, preparing management and statutory accounts , supporting tax compliance, handling VAT and developing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Prepare management and statutory accounts for a varied client portfolio Assist with corporation tax and personal tax compliance Prepare and review VAT returns Liaise directly with clients and resolve accounting queries Support tax planning and wider business advisory work Assist with cash flow forecasts and business planning Review and support the work of junior team members Ensure work is accurate and completed within deadlines Use IRIS or similar accounting software Work closely with Managers and Directors on client delivery About You ACCA/ACA part-qualified, studying or qualified by experience Minimum 3 years' UK accountancy practice experience Strong accounts preparation and tax compliance experience Good knowledge of VAT and HMRC requirements Experience using IRIS or similar accounting software Strong client relationship and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Able to manage multiple deadlines effectively Proactive, commercially aware and keen to progress Confident supporting and mentoring junior staff What's on Offer Flexible working hours Excellent work-life balance Competitive salary and holiday allowance Supportive and collaborative team Professional development and training Clear progression opportunities Opportunity to develop your accounts, tax and advisory experience Location Coventry, West Midlands Commutable from Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth, Nuneaton, Rugby and surrounding areas .
