Job Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a reliable and organised Administrator to join a friendly team in Coventry. This is a part-time role suited to someone with strong administrative experience who can manage day-to-day office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming phone calls and handling enquiries professionally
* Managing and updating diaries and schedules
* Inputting invoices accurately and in a timely manner
* General administrative support as required
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Ideally based locally to Coventry
