Job Description
The Site Administrator plays a key role in project delivery, supporting stakeholders and managing on‑site administrative duties.

Location:
Berkswell, Coventry.
- Document control, including data entry and uploading documents to SharePoint and Aconex, ensuring paperwork complies with Quality and H&S procedures.
- Project superuser for the access control system MSite; issue registration emails to new users, monitor trade card expiry, run reports and audits.
- Assist the Accounts department to ensure invoices are signed and approved quickly; manage delivery docket approval, obtain timely signatures using Coins OA, and keep the approved signature list current.
- Act as the main point of contact for all visitors; manage sign‑ins, provide PPE, and support the team with inductions and site close‑down procedures.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, PPE, consumables for the site and updating information boards.
- Support the Social Value Team to achieve project targets, liaise with stakeholders, local council, employment partners and local education providers, produce progress reports, and coordinate CCS audits.
- Occasional travel to other Farrans projects or Head Offices.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Confident in asking questions, seeking clarification, learning new experiences, and supporting a hard‑working team.
- Previous administration or project coordinator experience.
- Ability to prioritise, multi‑task, and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanour.
- Previous construction industry experience.
- Experience with Aconex.
- Experience with MSite.
