Legal Administrator

About The Role

Please note: this is a hybrid role working 3 days at our Coventry office (CV3 4FJ
) and 2 days from home

Lloyds Clinical are looking for a highly organised Legal Administrator to support our Head of Legal and help coordinate the day-to-day running of the Legal function.

This is a fast-paced role where you’ll manage the legal inbox, track and organise contracts, and ensure documents are processed efficiently using document signatory tools. You’ll also support with basic contract reviews, finalising documentation, and assist with ad hoc legal tasks.

You’ll act as a key point of coordination, keeping workflows running smoothly and ensuring stakeholders receive timely, professional support.

You’ll have experience in a legal role and be confident working in a busy, demanding environment.
