Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Calling:
Call inbound leads, generate initial estimates using an online tool, and proactively follow up on outstanding solar and heat pump proposals.
- Project Administration:
Manage project life cycles from start to finish, complete DNO applications, log jobs into the CRM, order parts, and process invoices/payments.
- Office Coordination:
Handle day-to-day phone inquiries, manage schedules, and provide customer support for both our renewables and heating divisions.
What We Are Looking For :
- Experience in office administration, project coordination, or customer service.
- Confident and professional phone skills for proactive lead follow-ups.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and CRM proficiency.
- An interest in the renewable energy sector (full product training provided)
