Export Sales Administrator – Part‑time

A growing business based in Coventry is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Export Sales Administrator to support their international sales operations on a part‑time basis.

• Processing international customer orders from enquiry through to dispatch
• Preparing export and customs documentation
• Liaising with freight forwarders and courier companies regarding shipments
• Maintaining accurate records using internal systems
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving delivery‑related issues
• Supporting the smooth running of export and sales administration processes
• Assisting with process improvements and general operational support

• Previous experience within export sales support, shipping, logistics or international administration
• Knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills with a professional approach
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

• Part‑time permanent opportunity
• Office-based role in Coventry
• Approximately 3 days per week Salary dependent on experience
