Position: Complaints & Resolution Administrator (Part-Time)

Extra Care Charitable Trust in Coventry is seeking a motivated Complaints Administrator to enhance our complaints process. You will play a key role in monitoring complaints, liaising with staff, and ensuring timely responses to improve our services.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in related roles and excellent communication skills. This permanent, part-time position offers benefits including 25 days annual leave, a contributory pension, and free life insurance.
