Midlands Renal Operational Delivery Network Administrator

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and conscientious administrator to cover maternity leave within the Midlands Renal ODN. The post holder will be a key point of contact for the ODN and will liaise with colleagues at all levels. Administrative, PA and organisational skills are essential.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the ODN team.
• Act as the main point of contact for the ODN liaising with colleagues at all levels.
• Coordinate and facilitate face‑to‑face meetings by visiting other Trusts, organisations or external venues across the Midlands region.
• Work primarily from home with remote supervision via MS Teams and attend regular face‑to‑face catch‑ups on site with the Renal ODN Team.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in PA or administrative roles.
• Strong organisational and proactive approach.
• Ability to travel across the Midlands region as required.
