West Coventry Academy is seeking a reliable and organized Reprographics Officer to join our support staff team. The role involves managing the school’s reprographics service, ensuring high‑quality printed and digital materials, and providing administrative support to the main school office.

• Manage day‑to‑day operation of the academy’s reprographics service.
• Produce high‑quality printed materials for teaching and learning.
• Manage printing, photocopying, binding and finishing of documents.
• Maintain reprographics equipment and liaise with suppliers for servicing and maintenance.
• Provide general administrative support to the school office.
• Support preparation and distribution of school communications, letters, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the wider administrative team to support effective running of the school.

• Experience working with reprographics or print equipment.
• IT literate and confident using Microsoft Office and print software.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a busy environment.
