Legal Secretary – Become the Backbone of a Thriving Commercial Team

Full‑Time, Permanent Salary: up to £28,000 + excellent benefits

If you’re an organised, proactive Legal Secretary who thrives in a busy environment, this role puts you right at the heart of a fast‑moving Commercial department.

You’ll work alongside experienced legal professionals, providing essential support that keeps the team running smoothly. Expect a friendly, collaborative atmosphere where your skills are valued and your development genuinely supported.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Producing accurate audio and copy‑typed documents

* Managing emails, digital files, photocopying, scanning and general document organisation

* Completing forms and preparing legal documents with guidance

* Carrying out online searches and submitting applications to the Land Registry

* Updating and maintaining matters within the case management system

* Supporting compliance processes, including s and verification

* Preparing completion statements, invoices and transfer documentation

* Handling client and professional enquiries — in person and over the phone

* Assisting with reception duties when needed

* Providing day‑to‑day administrative support across commercial conveyancing matters

What You’ll Bring

* Confident audio typing skills

* Strong IT literacy

* Understanding of conveyancing processes

* Experience using case management or accounts systems

* A professional, approachable manner with clients and colleagues
