We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic person who has excellent organisational, administrative and interpersonal skills, and a high level knowledge of Microsoft Office software, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Teams etc.
Essential educational, skills, knowledge and experience requirements are detailed in the Job Description and Person Specification. This is a very busy role and the successful candidate will need to be able to work without direct supervision to meet challenging demands and should be able to evidence their experience of working in a similar role.

The Overall Activities Of The Post-holder Will Include- Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of a comprehensive administrative support service across the services.
- Responsible for the supervision of Band 2 and 3 Admin Support staff
- Establish and maintain agreed systems for effective record keeping including collation and submission of timely statistics
- Provide flexible administrative and clerical cover as required. This might occasionally involve working at another base in the local area during cross cover arrangements
