Marketing Assistant

Temporary for 3 months - Immediate start

Coventry based office - chance for hybrid working

8.45am - 4.45pm - Monday to Friday (37.5hrs)

£14 per hour - £27.3kpa

Our client, a well known organisation based in Coventry, is looking for a Marketing Assistant to help them through a busy time for the next 3 months. You will need some experience in administration (ideally some marketing) and will be a driver with your own vehicle.

The key responsibilities:

* Providing administrative and operational support to the marketing team - helping to deliver engaging campains across the business

* Maintain campaign schedules and calendars

* Assisting with invoicing and budget tracking

* Liaising with suppliers

* Assisting with brand & communication: proofreading, gathering content

* Digital and content: schedule content across social media, producing basic graphics in Canva

* Events: assist in organising community events

The skills & qualities needed:

* It is imperative that you have a driving licence and your own vehicle, as you may need to deliver promotional material to different sites

* Administration experience - great organisational and time management skills

* Strong IT skills, experience with MS Office and ideally Canva

* Retail experience would be advantageous

* Team player, willing to help and learn
