Executive Assistant to the Managing Director – Warwickshire – From £35,000

Our client is an award-winning, design-led lifestyle products brand based in Warwickshire, known for innovative and sustainable products supplied to retailers and concept stores worldwide.

They're seeking a highly organised, proactive and trustworthy Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director and help keep the business running smoothly day to day.

What you'll be doing an the Executive Assistant:

Managing the MD's diary, meetings, correspondence and travel arrangements
Preparing reports, presentations and meeting documentation, and tracking actions
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external communications
Handling sensitive information with complete discretion
Supporting ad hoc business projects and helping streamline processes

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Personal assistant, executive assistant or in a similar support role
Exceptional organisation and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
A calm, adaptable, solutions-focused mindset
Confidence with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
