Administration Assistant

The Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Administration Assistant who is committed to supporting the Multi Academy Trust's vision for educational excellence. As the first point of contact for St Bartholomew's C of E Academy, the Administration Assistant will provide a welcoming and efficient reception service, handling enquiries from pupils, parents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. The post holder will play a key role in ensuring that school security and safeguarding procedures are followed at all times, contributing to a safe and supportive environment for the whole school community.

In addition, the Administration Assistant will support and fulfil the administrative processes of St Bartholomew's C of E Academy, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently while providing high-quality administrative support across the school.
