Part-time Events Administrator to support their busy events programme. This role plays an important part in ensuring events are delivered professionally and efficiently, providing essential administrative and operational support across their annual program.
Key responsibilities:- Dealing with event-related enquiries by email and telephone.
- Supporting delegate, competitor and attendee registration processes.
- Preparing event materials, schedules and administration packs.
- Supporting event-specific communications.
- Using Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel, to support daily operations.
- 20-24 hours per week.
- 4-5 hours per day, Monday to Friday; or 3 full working days per week.
- Some flexibility will be required to support key events and occasional evening or weekend activities. Time off in lieu will be provided where appropriate.
