Legal Secretary

Location: Coventry

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour, with flexibility for the right candidate

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00am–5:30pm | Friday, 9:00am–5:15pm

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Temporary, ongoing

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy legal team on a temporary, ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous conveyancing experience and be confident working with legal terminology. The role is predominantly focused on typing and administrative support
, so strong typing skills and excellent attention to detail are essential.

• Providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative support
• Typing legal correspondence and documentation
  
  Supporting the conveyancing team with general administration
• Accurately using legal and conveyancing terminology
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Assisting with other duties as required

• Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary
• Conveyancing experience is essential/preferred
• Strong typing and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good understanding of legal terminology
• Reliable, organised and professional
• Available to start at short notice
